Felt bad because I haven't posted in so long... here are some scissors I made yesterday lol.I should be studying, but I've spent the last couple hours doodling. I miss it. I'll probably have something new for you guys tomorrow or Friday (:

At first with the thumbnail I thought.. who posted a picture of a scissors?! But then I saw it was your art and remembered you were delving into 3d stuff xD . This is preatty darn photographic, but I would recommend maybe tooling with the surface of the table a bit more, its a bit to shiny and clean, maybe a woodgrain texture with a slight bump map, or some scratchy texture with a bump map or some diffusion sliders and stuff. The shadow kinda holds a place as if the object is floating above the table a bit. Sorry if I sound like Im complaining

You're completely right lol, I just threw down a quick sphere to make a background with a tiny bit of interest. The main focus was the scissors here, but I shouldve put more details into it! Also that's probably why it looks like it's floating, the scissors aren't flat against the sphere (:
