This is gorgeous. I really like the background.
You did an excellent job of creating the movement of the dress. The colors work well, and I like the detail in the peacock feathers.
I only have a couple problems with this image. The first is that the shadowing on the nose is a little off. If you were to remove it, the face would look much smoother and match the correct shading of the rest of the body.
I also don't really like the faint pattern in the dress. It looks a bit "stamped on", and doesn't match the natural feel of the rest of the image.
