hi, the theme is simply awesome...
i would like to apply it as a transparent basic theme on my vista home premium, because i simply hate AERO (
but, when i go to apply it, there's no trasparency.
how can i solve this problem?

how to fix start menu's little bug
PART1: Right click on explorer.exe and select properties
The go to Security Tab > Advance (or something like this) > Then go to the tab Owner >
Press the button Edit and just click to the administrators and ok until you close all windows.
No go right click on explorer.exe and select properties again
The go to Security Tab > and select edit > Now for all user check all boxes peress ok until
all windows are closed and rename the explorer.exe to explorer2.exe
Part 2: copy and paste in the new explorer.exe!!!
then restart, and ompa lompa dingydang do, ur start menu is right as ever!

I have the same problem too. when i go to my start menu, the power button and lock button arent correct. the power button is under the start menu program thing. What can we do? Answer as soon as possible ~reysteve619

Cool, but aero is for transparency (eye-candy), basic for better performance, if basic use aero transparency, than were a point use basic? No offense. Am I right?

This is a VS to use in Windows Vista Basic edition, that unlike the other versions, doesn't have aero. This is not meant to be used in Windows Vista Ultimate, for example, because it has already aero in it.
