well if you read the original book youd see Howl was pretty much a shallow, vacuous guy who was pretty and knew it XD

I read the actual book, and the sequel to it and I've yet to read the 3rd. I like Howl in the original book, he quotes Shakespeare and now because of this I scream ' alas, poor Yorick ' and so on at every skull I see... Howl is so awesome ^^

haha yea, dianna wynne jones is a great writer XD its a shame that the movie couldnt follow the book a little more, i watched the film first and felt a little bit confused when Prince Justin suddenly appears out of nowhere at the end, then when i rewatched it after reading the book i heard something about the King's brother dissapearing, but that was all you got about him lol.
