das ist ganz einfach.
also ich habe photoshop CS5 und da nimmst du einfach die ebene von deinem HG, gehst auf filter, dann auf weichzeichnungsfilter, dann auf Gaußscher weichzeichner und dann kannst du das verschwommene beliebend einstellen ^^
