Nice image, but I think the colour is distracting. In my humble opinion, black&white would go better along with the composition. Also, the lights are a little burnt out. As you own one of those fancy Panasonic bridge cameras, you could use the histogram preview together with the exposure correction to prevent the lights from losing detail as in this image.

Oh yeah and one more thing: Always shoot RAW, I guess your Panasonic can capture RAW images.
