... on the moon at night, filling your dreams to the brim with fright!XD
Since Mewtwo's such a selenaphile (has an obsession with the moon) I decided to do this little number. Plus, every time I hear that line I think of him. I've had the Idea for this picture in my head for a while now, but I needed the magic of photoshop to make it possible.
