Violaceus! Took me ages to decide on her bloody costume, all I know is that I wanted orange. Or some other bright colour, but, I was definitely leaning towards orange! XD
She somehow looks a bit fat here. XDDDD
Anyhow, this is (hopefully) Nancy's outfit to the Winter Ball which has a Victorian theme. I'm worried it isn't Victorian enough since I took a lot of my inspiration more from the Wild West which is kinda similar. But all the pieces her (the ribbon in the front, see-through puff sleeves) I saw on Victorian ladies but lost the pictures since it was on Tumblr which I, admittedly, don't visit much.xDDD
A couple of things you may not be able to tell is that she's wearing yellow eyeshadow and has her hair curled. C:

She had no partner before (and was going to single to prove a point) but now she's going with the dashing Vincent!~ <3

I really like the design of the dress, it's a modern twist to the Victorian time dresses. I like that it's not too complicated - only two colours and then the pretty details. I like that you left her shoulders bare but she still has sleeves. I also like the see-through portion of the sleeves and the ruffles on the white skirt.
For what it's worth, I like it ^_^

You're kind of right there, I wanted to make a more modern Victorian dress because if it was too Victorian I didn't think it'd suit Nancy's character.xD And the see-through sleeves were a favourite of mine, I'm glad you like them too!~ Ruffles are usually white so I guess I just decided to go with the flow there.xDD
