I thank you sincerely, Sarah. We just arrived in Seattle and have located the Bed & Breakfast that will provide us lodging for the next 3 nights. So...
I'm a little tired. We are waiting for a visit from our son, who lives here.

apt to find faces, fish, a big bird (maybe) and an
Aboringinal Fellow's head at the bottom. Good eye!!!

Back when I had easy access to broadcast quality recording equipment I would record hours of such things and play them while working.Β It helped hugely with stress and to keep my synesthesia from interfering with my work.
Now I have learned work with my synesthesia instead of against but I miss all my tapes

What we resist, persists. What we accept {or acknowledge), transforms. From my book on
Mindfulness, which I use on my anxiety. Thanks Bear!

As per what was erased yesterday Tricia, I was explaining that Lawrence Welk was
a famous band leader in this country ~ esp during the 50s and 60s ~ and he had some
individual musicians who would sing, play their instrument etc etc after which Maestro Welk
would exclaim : " A Wonderful, A wonderful...!!!" He was German I believe! Not many deviants
would get this joke...a dumb joke for certain. Read down the responses to the fellow who
said "Bubbles." He knew what I was talking about;LW had a bubble machine, always going
behind his orchestra. My dad just loved it. It must have been Saturday night. Bath night!

He would love to say:
"Start the bubble machine!"
Like I said: Seeing him now on our public television station, it all seems so surreal!"
