You definitely see girls take off their shoes and rest their feet like thisΒ quite a bit on campuses (community/university). Whether it be on the grassy yards, in a break area, the lecture room, the library, even by tables and benches in eating/rest areas. And you're definitely gonna see it more during the late spring, summer, and early fall semesters. When it is warm and hot (especially in the southern US states). It's like you'll always find anywhere from 5-10 girls at least like this if you look around a large campus and many more wearing cute sandals.
