An Asian effect.
My two daughters are of Indian origins. People in their families wear wonderful clothes for special events. The embroidery is heavy and rich.
In London UK, there is a place where there are many clothes shops, jewellers and grocers.
The jewellers windows are an Ali Baba's cavern.
What is strange is that European type women can't wear the elaborate necklaces and coloured clothes, but all the dark haired Asian women look lovely in the traditional costume.
