Brainiac 5: "...What are you doing?"
Supergirl snuggles closer, loving the way he blushes a darker shade of green. "Can't a girl hug her boyfriend when she wants to?"
He fights the urge to shiver at her warm embrace. It's almost astounding how a childhood deprived of caring touches and hugs can reduce a 12th level intellect to want to collapse into her arms like a love-sick puppy. "I suppose...you could...but we're on patrol duty and Cosmic Boy frowns on this breech of protocol."
She rolls her eyes and nuzzles his neck, causing him to stiffen up even more. "If Cos was going to call out all the Legionnaires who are in relationships, the entire roster would be reduced to five members, not including him."
"Three members." He gives in and wraps his arms around her. "Wildfire and Dawnstar got back together."
She snickers. "I'm not surprised. I saw him giving her the gooey-eyed look. How a guy with a visor for a face can do that, I don't know."
"Kara..." He buries his face into her hair. "Can we stop talking now?"
She smiles. "Yes."

Brainiac 5's expression just cracks me up. I love the clear body language and simple style in this drawing.

Brainiac heavily reminds me of the mascot from the Fallout games... I have no idea why.
Meh, it doesn't matter. What does matter is that this drawing looks pretty good, and a symbol of love between two misunderstood beings (Brainiac's hesitation notwithstanding).
