It's just an excuse to draw junk, honestly. And I didn't mean the quality of the picture. The concern on his face is probably because of some sort of gender-bending, and those are probably new. Granted, I find that sort of "bending" crap to be disgusting, but that's only my opinion.

Its a healthy practice to occasionally inspect your junk. Checking for any lumps, bruises, odd pains, etc will help detect things like cancer and potentially save your life and/or your wallet as early treatments are much cheaper than late treatments. If I had to guess, genderbend!Chindy isn't an alternative universe of regular Chindy, but really is Chindy himself that somehow turned into a girl.
As for what they are both doing naked in the bathroom and the Arcanine dude handling his dick with aconfused expression in his face? Well, the Arcanine also had just changed his gender and here is a possible scenerio to what is going on:
Chindy and a female Arcanine friend were walking around and talking to one another, and they were having a heated argument about some radom topic ("What if human beings actually existed..."), but chindy had the urge to pee and quickly walked to the closed male bathroom he could find.
His female ArcanineΒ friend isn't willing to simply let Chindy walk alway in the middle of the conversation. "HEY! You aren't going to evade this talk that easily!" went she went right after him inside the bathroom to continue the conversation (Why wasnt she barred from entering a male bathroom you all ask? Well, there was no one else either inside the bathroom or close to it, so there were no one to actualy stop her.), but Chindy wouldn't have any of it, and he simply closed the door of the toilet booth as the Arcanine ranted.
As he was finishing to pee, Chindy felt wierd for a few seconds, and when he came back to his senses, he noticed that he was no longer holding his dick, and more importantly, he was no longer a "he". Hesomehow turned into a woman with breasts staring right at him he he looked down to see wat happened to his penis.
"What the F--"Β was all she could say before she heard a deep voiced scream next to her booth, and when see opened the door, she saw a male Arcanine playig with his genitalia and whispering: "is that real?... Are those really mine?!!!"
Yep, somehow both Chindy and the Arcanine somehow changed genders, and they may not be the only ones on this boat.
