Description so about a month ago i watched Jennifer's Body. heard it was not so great but wanted to check it out myself. and i actually pretty much loved it. i think im really into Diablo Cody's writing, since i loved Juno and JB.

i really wanted to draw a pic from the movie while i was watchin it, but after a week or two went by i forgot all the ideas i had, so i googled some pics and i found this one [link] that i liked.

this is pretty much the longest i worked on a single person picture. im trying to challenge myself and up my quality. i changed the background to be more simplistic, im not really into cluttering my pictures.

Thanks! i was confused too, i didnt see in in theaters and heard just bad things, but i liked the cast and decided to watch, and i loved it.

haha no problem!! i like the cast too and thats what motivated me to see it..i think people dont get how funny it is. and how truthful it is too. teenage girls are really like that--demon or no demon lol

This, honestly, was the only scary part of the movie. The rest was great and downright hilarious!! I love this movie!! And the soundtrack is even better!!

I don't know anything about the movie so I'm just taking it for the scene of creepiness that it is. That stare and the splatters....oh my.

I like the little touches you've done too. Like the shadow on the floor and the blood trail behind.

I like your simplistic backgrounds anyway. I think they go well with your drawing style.

its a movie from the same writer as the movie Juno. it didnt do so well here, got alot of criticism.

but yea basically its about a high school girl who is turned into a demon, and eats boys

im glad the simplistic background work well for me cause, pretty much they are all i can do

Ah. That's probably why it wasn't released here. They probably thought that because it didn't do so well that it wasn't worth releasing at the cinema here.
