about the character: she's an original of mine for my fan-fic. yes she's very masculine because she's a saiyan and needs to be to fight. although you're right, she isn't normally so flat chested. goof up on my part.

You're welcome! For the record, I've known people who are extremely fit and don't have huge breasts. Female characters don't need big breasts to be counted as female, haha. I honestly appreciate that about Celari...I feel a huge chest would just get in the way and make saiyan armor terribly difficult to wear!

Exactly, I started crossfit a couple months ago and the ladies in my class are buff and beautiful and don't have large chests. then when they're done with their workouts they change into a dress XD

That is fabulous! I love that. It doesn't make you any less of a woman at all. Again, I appreciate that you represent that in Celari! I really wish there were more characters like this. Not that boobs are bad, but they're always thrown in our face when it comes to female characters, especially in manga and anime. I adore the characters that represent a different spectrum.

all the saiyan names are based off of vegetables. Kakarot = Carrot, Raditz = Radish, Nappa = (cabbage), Brolly = Broccoli, so on and so forth.
and the briefs are all named after underwear. Bulma = bloomers, Trunks, Bra, Panty (mrs. brief).
even all the members of the ginyu force are named after milk products. Jeice = cheese, Burter = butter, Guldo = curd....

Nice character design and nice given name.
Almost looks like a girl version of grown up Gohan.
I you did a pretty good job on using the copics again.
If you like you can give her 3 eye lashes sticking ou to her left and right side of her eyes to be more girl like but if you were designing her as a more masculine Saiyan then all good!
