This is a great piece of work. Did you morph the body at all? (In fact, who does the body belong to? I don't believe I've seen this picture before).
It's a great attempt at the lighting on her face, although you could do with some more light on the left side of her face (left from OUR perspective) as that seems to be where the light source is coming from.
That niggle aside, awesome work.

The lighting is a pain in the ass sometimes. The last pic I did, the two photos I was using had completely different lighting (one them looked like the flash hadn't gone off, so the picture was quite dark and had a yellowish tint to it) - I tried and tried to match the two palettes, but it was really tough. I wasn't happy with my final result.
What software do you use?
