Aww this is absolutely adorable! A simple character with a sweet face and I absolutely love those eyes. This feels like a missed opportunity for you though.
Cell and soft cell is nice to some degree but there's no colour intensity. There aren't enough blends and mixes of colour. I think you should do something like this again but experiment with different colours, blending more in the mix, softening them up. Of course you don't have to, your work looks fine as it is! It's just a suggestion to help you progress. You're a great artist and it would suck to see you get suck in a rut.
I can link you to some great tutorials for soft cell, painting, whatever if you're interested at all.

Ok, so I'm gonna start by answering to this series of comments you've left. And let me say you a few words to start with: thank you so much! But more on that later.
So, first of all, let me say that in case you haven't notice, English is not my main language. If you combine that with technical stuff like what you're saying, I really have to try hard to (try to) understand. xD I should start memorizing stuff like hue, value, intensity and color teory.
Anyway, I'm very interested in what you have to show of course! Lately I get the feeling that I'm really slowing down and not improving much, despite that I've started drawing a lot more recently (CGing is another thing though, it takes a lot of time).

Yeah I did notice that you're Portuguese, right? But your English seemed to be pretty damn good. Sorry if I'm using some words you're unfamiliar with. Maybe Google translate can attempt to not fail XD Stuff like hue, value and intensity will be really helpful for you particularly if you want to have a browse through more tutorials where they can be used a lot.
I don't know if you've seen it or not but I think getty-san's soft cell shading tutorial would be ideal for you as it ties in with what you already know and it has a really good miniature light source lesson. [link]
