Hello, I'm from Project Comment.
I'll start with what's good. You seem to be able to draw poses well enough, and you are clearly familiar with drawing hair and facial expressions. Your anatomy is mostly accurate, and you know where to place your shadows. Some of the things you could improve on are things like lighting, skin, texture, proportions in some areas, the blood, and your background. Your lighting looks slightly artificial. Not only are certain parts of the skin much brighter than other parts, but those highlights are located in places they should not, given the position of the sun. The character's neck looks much too clean-looking compared to the rest of her body, and the piece, in general, doesn't have a large variety of textures. The face is a bit too small for the character's head size, and her leg seems disjointed from her hip. As for the background, try changing the colors of the sun to look a little more natural, and either blur the entire background or don't blur it at all. The ground is blurred, while the sky is not. It's important to make sure that different parts of your background are consistent with one another. Apart from that, work on eventually eliminating the use or need for line-art, if your goal is to be realistic. I hope this helped.
