it will work with any lens at its closest focus point, there will just be more to crop that is all. and shoot with a wide aperture to help the background go out of focus.

Definitely loving the colors on this (and on POW as well), which are a fascinating change from the usual blue and aqua hues seen in most water pics. I agree with *Kitishane, this ought to be a Daily Deviation. Excellent work!

As long as I have been a member, I have heard the term DD. Could you allow me to ask, "just what does that mean?" Is it featured on the site, or something along those lines?
And something that I will add about this picture as well. The shot was taken with a Gary Fong Light Dome, on my flash. That I am finding is responsible for the somewhat muted tones compared to some of the others. You can see the bigger flash footprint in the droplet. And the highlights are not as HIGH as some of the others...

DD means Daily Deviation, which is where DA features the art of some of its members each day. I think this piece would be a perfect addition to the Daily Deviations. It's perfect!
