I like how you played with it. This so reminds of a poster for the film " Little Drummer Girl" with Diane Keaton, based on the John LeCarre book. Very cool. Always feels good when you've finished and your happy with it.

thanks... i first made a copy, then used the 'neon' filter, then the 'color halftone' filter, and finally adjusted the color balance and voila
oh yeah, and turned the opacity of the layer down
