ahhh, i don't recall the exact details, since i made this back in 2009, but as far as the chopsticks go, i holepunched holes for it to go through. next, i wrapped some silver tape around the chopstick to make it wider so that it'd fit the holes properly. after that, i put hot glue on the taped portions and basically the parts where it'd go through the holes...!! it kind of takes a bit of adjusting to get it to stay.
