Description An ATC I created as a gift art for a package project I did on tumblr.

Commander Cullen from Dragon Age Inquisition a la Bioware.  Love the colors with this one and learned some different techniques on the hair and feathers that I am quite pleased with.
Drawn on a Briston art card (2.5x3.5 inches) with Copic Pens, Copic Markers and Gelly Roll pen white.
