Also those are berries. I tried to follow canon designs but honestly, some of those berry bush/trees are so alien. Like, whoa.
EDIT: Realized I had a sneaky grass layer covering most of the berry plant colors! The garden is now 60% less green.

I've been trying to thicken up on her eyelid in that anime-eyelash way, but I think I should draw out the pointy edges more... totally get what you're saying. The first few pages of this comic were me stumbling to find my balance.. she really did look like a boy
