Doki Doki don't have a power-up and a cape isn't a power-up so I won't draw them. We'll see for Happiness charge

I've only seen a few episodes of Precure but when I did it was a couple of months after I finished Mermaid Melody all the way though (Anime and Manga) and i was like "Nope can do this just yet lets watch something else for right now" hahaha I think I will now though~
