colors in Estoniasometimes one might get the impression, looking around, that there is a special kind of color arrangement following some hidden "grouping" rules in order to achieve a harmony. the sky or objects in the surrounding area are fully participating to the final image following this goal. one example is presented herein. I agree with you Rikitza. The quality of light, the temperature and hue of it, differs a lot between countries and places, and colours of facades that become prevalent or popular usually harmonise in this way with that environment. That's why a Spanish terracotta house would look all washed out in, say, Scotland, pale pink and blue of English thatched houses would look all wrong in the Mediterranean, and red and gold of Russian palaces would look garish in America.
