I've been thinking about this character for 2 days and I still haven't gotten everything sorted but here you go!When designing Roman I took some aspects from undertale like the soul and the shape of his skull, but everything else is from me. I might count him as being part of undertale as like a sidestory of his adventures on the surface.
Either way I might draw more of him in the future, who knows.
