isn't a samsung camera phone ?
quality is poor thats why..but the shot is really good..hope it was with a dslr camera..

SLR OR DSLR means a professional camera like canon 7d and nikon d5000..[link]
if it was on a dslr camera then your photo will get so clear and good without noise and bad quality !! got me ?
