Guess I'm getting a head start on this "more personal art" thing I told myself.
HEY, LET'S START OFF WITH MARINA. SHE'S A GOOD ICONIC CHARACTER OF MINE TO START OFF WITH. GOOD JOB MIND. 8D
I really love doing water. It changes just about every time, but I'm always pleased with it. And overall my coloring is different. Just playing around... line art... saturation. I wonder about throwing patterns or textures over things.
Simple is good. Just aiming for pretty.

Always nice to see more of Marina. Since she's who I'm most familiar with of yours, she's great for seeing how you've improved while keeping what makes your style yours.
For myself, I'm trying to do more on the creative front as well. More writing than drawing, though.

I'd like to give a more painted look a try, but the only place that worked out here is her tail. Painted skin is terribly hard to me. I'm sure we both find places to improve and will work through 'em.
