Nice details to the photo. It's well composed and I like the crisp details around the nose.
But I miss seeing more details of the eye. They are a little blurred. I don't know what camera you use. But it may help having a smaller aperature (larger F)

I have a Canon Ixus 55, and I think that it does a lot of blurry photos when there isn't enough light -- I mean TONS of blur when the light is more or less ok (not out in the sun).
The problem about cats' eyes is that they have this huge protruding transparent marble, so it's rather hard to hold your camera 5cm away from a cheeky cat and make it focus perfectly. I lost count of the number of times he closed his eyes or turned his head away.

i might have liked to see a little bit of the whiskers in focus, but you've captured a lot of detail in the eye and nose, so it's a minimal thing..
