"Alex! Come here," came a call.

A young man, looking to be about 14, came down the stairs. His hazel gaze dragged around the room until he spotted the one who'd called him. Stepping down, Alex entered into the kitchen. A shorter girl, looking to be 12, was standing beside her with dirt blond hair.

The girls head turned and she grinned at Alex for a moment before the taller woman spoke, saying, "I need you to watch your sister for me."

A frown instantly crossed Alex's face, shoulders drooping. "But mom, you said I'd go out with dad, uncle Ed and Pete today," he complained, arching his brows for a moment.

Ash sighed and shook her head, placing some plates on the counter. "And you will," she told him. "But first you need to watch Autumn for me."

"I just want to go outside to play in the leaves," Autumn said quickly, frowning somewhat. "Besides, you're father's not here yet," Ash continued. "It's not going to kill you to sit outside and watch her."

Alex made a face and turned to look at Autumn. The girl blinked quickly before running past him, going to the front door. The door was opened, then closed quickly. Alex grumbled for a moment and crossed his arms. "But why can't you do it?" he pressed. He obviously wasn't in a good.

Ash turned and looked down at him. "Because I'm preparing for tonight's dinner," she told him. "And I asked you to."

Sighing and shaking his head, Alex turned away. "Fine," he said, walking out of the kitchen and out of the house.

Autumn was standing outside and looked at the yard. She cast a glance behind her and grinned before running down the hill. Alex rolled his eyes and followed more slowly, forcing himself to look like a grouch.

The girl was already gathering up leaves in her arms, chuckling to herself. Once Alex arrived, he sat down and looked up at the sky, bored already. Several minutes passed as Autumn threw, scattered and leaped into the leaves.

A breeze picked up, throwing some of the loosen leaves from the tree. Autumn giggled and leaped into another batch, eyes bright. Alex rolled his head forward, watching her. As he continued to watch her play and laugh, he slowly arched a brow and grinned. He supposed she wasn't to hard to watch. His little sister was always easily amused.

A picture I've wanted to finish for awhile now ^^. My official fall picture, yay! I made it a slight sepia tone for the occasion since I've never done it before lol. I'm aware that in my short story they are regular people and in the drawing they're dogs. lol

Pretty self explanitory if you read the story and looked at the picture. I had fun with it :3 These are my AlAsh spawns, Autumn and Alexander(commonly Alex). In reality they're either 11 and 13 or 13 and 15. Confusing aye? xD

Autumn: lighter brown
Alex: Darker brown

I finally did a desgin for Alex! Now to make a ref xP
