i always define skip beat as a shounen story in a shoujo world. kyoko's not a simpering girl but a hardworking passionate girl who's independent (oops, my feminist side is showing)! and the storyline, though not original, always has a unique twist to it that's refreshing from other shoujo storylines. and it doesn't help that ren is one hot mofo that keeps brining the gals into his yard. ohohohoho . . .

I fangirl when I see him but...I always respect him that I have to calm myself down whenever I see him. (lawl weird, since he's not a real person...and even if he wasn't, it's weird enough that I'm actually calming myself down when it came to a bishie! Ren is something... xD) and I try my best in understanding his character (coz Kyoko is too extreme and odd to understand, I feel like even when I've read the series OVER and OVER, it's still pretty hard to decipher her xD)
