Oh man, this is so freaking cute! The feet look phenomenal here! I love the shape of her soles and all of the little details on them are super nice! The toes have a precious shape as well!Β 
I love the perspective and how you are able to see parts of her legs from it! Her clothes look nice and her expression is super cute! The way you drew her haird and the coloring along with the subtle shading, especially on the soles are really neat.

Great work here overall! You are improving nicely!
