I made this outfit for Wai-con 2006, where my group won first prize for the best skit! ^_^

A lot of work went into this, though probably the hardest bit was the pleated half skirt. I used black vinyl for most of the costume, and unfortunately it was impossible to iron, as the plastic would melt! ...so the pleats were all made by making a line of hot glue between the two sheets of vinyl then folding it into shape as the glue set.

There are still a few things I'd like to fix up, though. I found some better buttons shortly after and con, and I'd still like to do some more styling on the wig.

Why no ribbon? Because this is the Kingdom Hearts 2 version of the costume; Aeris is alive, therefore, no ribbons.

Time: Two months, on and off, though much of the time was spent looking for material.
Materials: Black vinyl/pleather, white nylon (?)
