Just like all the stars in the sky.Thought I'd do another pixel scene, a bit differently, a bit more detail, yet still trying to make it not OVER detailed and ruin it ^^" and I'm pretty please with this too.
Feel free to give me advice (useful/kind advice. Don't tell me my flaws and not tell me how to fix them.)
^^" since more complex art is time consuming, I'm going to do pixels during my mini dA break. So expect alot of pixels haha

I really like the use of colours, especially in the leaves on the trees. Colour is one of my biggest flaws and this is definitely pointing me in the right direction

xD oh shhh, well heres what I normally do, I use the colors I normally would use, greens, blah blah blah. Then when I'm shading I take one solid color, here it was a light blue. And use this for shading on a seperate layer and sit it to multiply, it helps alot ^^ creates some nice colors.

Ok awesome, quick question... how do you decide which colour to use for the shading? Presumably you don't use light blue all the time

hm... well, I normally never know. Normally i decide on the mood. Like, if it's night, calm. I choose blue. If it's love, morning etc, then it's red. ^^ so yeah.
