"Blue" that was stupid ._. just because his eye is blue ==

i made this after i woke up from a long evening nap,
sleeping can really inspire me ( through dream XD )
done with photoshop, tried to use sai but as i thought, i'm not good at it == (have to practice more)
more familiar with photoshop~ =w=
