EDIT ~ This got fourth place in the contest xD so it will get a minor role in his spin off. I think i would have done better if this guy's mutation actualy changed as a pose to stayed mutated. nevermind xD

This is for a contest at to design a mutant type character for a villainous group that could appear in the manga's spin off ark.

So if you can't read the writing because it's small or just bad, here is the description again:

BASIC DESCRIPTION/BACK STORY

He was previously a gymnast and athlete for his region with his brother. In a bid to become better than his brother, arrogance and naiivity led him to scientists who promised success through experimentation. They played with Nairyoku in ways no one had dared. His brother caught wind of the scheme and tried to stop him half way through a series of testing when an accident occured killing all the scientists and his brother leaving him with mutations and a horrible sense of guilt and regret. With no where to go, no career, no family and no friends, Vorrent took him in and gave him a reason to live.... to kill.
Suction Pads on his feet allow him to climb and hang from any angle getting him into the optimal stealthy position for the most effective, one hit, one kill combo, and then a very quick exit.
Webbed arms allow him to glide at ridiculous speeds entering and leaving scenes before anyone noticed they happened.
Accident also left him blind, but instead can see nairyoku.

MORE INFO ON MUTANT ABILITIES

Blind/nairyoku stained eyes - Can see nairyoku which allows him to make out people. the stronger the opponent the clearer he can see them. also he can see pulses and charges of nairyoku allowing him to predict people's movements about a 0.5-1 seconds before they happen.

Suction Pads on Feet - infinite grip and speed as he uses them almost like boosters. Aids in his acrobatic free running capabilities. Most interesting sub skill from his feet is that the liquid that ooze out of his feet stain that place that allows him to see objects and buildings (otherwise he can't see them and then relies on the tiny nairyoku presence in insects and plants to see things)

Webbed Arms - primarily allows him to glide but he can also use it as a shield and even as a weapon to suffocate people (imagine him standing on the ceiling and lifting people up by their face using his webbing!)

COMBAT ABILITIES

Long Range - As seen on far right side of this design, he equips a foldable sniper but only for long travels, hunting and when the client needs to be dealt with as well.

Medium Range - He always has darts strapped to his leg. He doesn't need to use them often but sometimes there is a need for explosive, poison, flash/stun and tracker darts.

Close Range - This is his speciality. His close combat fighting has almost no parrellel. When this guys up in your face with his legs roundhouse kicking you from a wall then upper cutting you out a window and below you land he has glided down and given you a fist for a safety cushion, it sucks to be you. He is super acrobatic doing flips and free running so that in his fighting career he has never ever been hit and has never failed to kill someone within his first confrontation. He is mainly very stealthy and very quiet so all out fist fighting doesn't happen often because they usually don't actually know who they're fighting.

yeah basically he is super fast, super stealthy, and super lethal.

though he does have some weaknesses

- He does have way to help him self out like with the liquid from his feet but he is essentially blind. inanimate objects, if not tainted by nairyoku before, will be invisible to him. he'll have to rely on his other slightly heightened sense to struggle to get out of a sticky situation (this rarely happens because he always attacks first and when he attacks, he always goes for the 1 hit 1 kill so nothing usually comes back at him)
- Due to never ever being hit before, if it ever happens, it'll damage him greatly and will probably force him to escape. if you get them chance to hit him, use them same tactic as him; go for a 1 hit 1 kill.
- he is very attached to vorrent. Vorrent reminds him of his late brother and therefore is very very loyal to vorrent to the point he can be manipulated and is dependant.
