 And I have a question. I just started digital art and I wanted to know what tools do you use to create your art. Do use watercolor and pen or does it vary? And how do you make it so clean looking.

I use tools in Clip Studio Paint to create my art. If you a clean sketch,it will more easy to line, make sure your lineart is clean you will ready to color.
