Description At the Oigawa Railway's Senzu Station, a small crowd of railfans starts photographing ex-Japanese Government Railways/Japanese National Railways 2-6-4 tank engine C11.227 (Nippon Sharyo, 1942), which has just stopped its Kawane-ji SL train from Shin-Kanaya at Platform 3.  When the Oigawa Railway put it back in operation in 1976, C11.227 made history as the first steam locomotive to be revived in Japan.
