Description One of the oldest trams at the Electric City Trolley Museum (Scranton, Pennsylvania) is Delaware Electric Power Company four-wheeler No. 120, which was built in 1904 by either Jackson & Sharp or the Laclede Car Company.  It worked in Wilmington until 1929, when it was transferred to the Philadelphia Rapid Transit Company and converted to rail grinder W-58.  It outlasted the tramway and continued working as a rail grinder on the SEPTA Broad Street subway until 1971.  After arriving at the Electric City Trolley Museum, W-58 was rebuilt back to its original configuration as Wilmington, Delaware tram No. 120.
