Love this. I'm originally from Cambridge (just around the corner from Mill Road) and spent several years of my life in Bristol (the home of Banksy) and now life in the US. I constantly look for artistic inspiration of home and I never knew this existed! Thanks Roamerick for posting this - you have made me very happy

haha, i live round the corner from this ^^ this was near the video emporium which has closed down now, and yes it's based on the works of banksy but its not an actual banksy unfortunately.

This is not a Bansy lol.
It was by Video Empourium on Mill Road. The shop is long gone and this has been painted over

You're right on the address and the paint over, but it was originally a banksy, which some clever person "modified" - but as you said, pretty cool nonetheless

I think it's been edited because typically that stencil has a red balloon floating away from the girl but here someone has added a TV set. Gotta love that about street art, it's open to anyone to do what they want.
