Why thank you! As you can see as ridiculous as the incredibles was it had a point! No capes! We put long coats on our heroes, and if a cape is on them, its a breakaway cape they can take off as soon as they go into combat!
But if you think this is something, wait till you see his powered up form!
He has a Superman Blue Form he can take in extreme situations harnessing the power of the raging lightning storm. It will be awhile before its finished but we're working on it as fast as we can! Look forward too it!

Someone liked this new look but didn't understand why I didn't go for the red and blue duds. I just had to say, guys it looks bad on him. It's looked bad on him since 1939 and I wanted to see a better more realistic way to bring him up to the present day. What do you think?!

Hey I'm always up for improving things! To be frankly honest I know it's classic but if you look at other super hero costumes there has been changes in them even if it was subtle! Superman has stuck with the same one for decades he could really do with an upgrade anyway no matter what traditionalist say!

The New 52 suit failed to impress me very much so I went for something I hope was more awe inspiring, but just you wait he get's a Superman Blue upgraded look too. Would you like to see that one in the future as well?!

I will admit that I prefer his current one that you've shown, it would be interesting to see what the blue upgraded one looks like even if it's just a comparison but at the moment the current look you gave him is my favourite.

Everything in these series have the ability to transform into a different version of themselves for some scenario or another, this is Superman's initial form, but he can go to versions of a higher energy state as he overcomes boundaries with time. This is just his first natural evolution. He has two more that he can ascend too. Interested?!

When hardlining SUPERMAN fans say they like this version but wonder why it's not the classic red and blue version, my response is guys, it looks bad on him, it looked bad on him since the day it was drawn in 1939! I believe in increasing the fantastic fantasy while balancing it with greater degrees of realism hence the more original redesigns compared to what people just relaunch without more imaginative updates. And this is only one of children of Krypton in the lineage, enjoy!

I prefer if costumed at all for there too be realism in that portrayal. Hence the serious rework of the msn of steel, since I could not look myself in the mirror if I had kept him looking as he had since 39! Dated and unrealistic. Only some minor adjustments were necessary to fix him though! I'm trying to make them all more tactical, so thanks for noticing

You have no idea how much I feel distaste for the regular Superman Attire.Β But lets just say that feelingΒ brilliantly spawned my desire to make it look betterΒ with both Chronomorph updates you're looking at right now.
