Self-timer shot taken along the path that runs along the summit area of Mount Thabor (3.178 m), Hautes-Alpes (France).
A night of wonders admiring the countless valleys below, all shrouded in mystery by that lovely mist.

It must be amazing to visit all the mountains you have, what mountain would you say is your favorite to visit?

Well, in general I prefer the last mountain I have just visited, eheh
However, I must recognize that the West face of the Matterhorn is the most attractive thing I've seen on Earth... of course I highly recommend it, unfortunately that area can be reached only through very long alpine routes, somewhat challenging, otherwise I would be there all the time!

The one in France?
I never knew of that mountain until now, amazing. Mountains seems to mesmerize people because of their size, beauty and timelessness. For me, it has to be the timelessness.

The Matterhorn is not in France, it is located on the border between Switzerland and Italy.
One face is Italian (south) the remaining (north, east, west) are in Switzerland.
My favorite is definitely the West face, beautiful, stylish, elegant, almost unknown because there are not villages or cable cars nearby, only glaciers

I need to try and visit it one day. I only only ever seen about 3 mountains in my lifetime.
