Description So very tough to leave all that white.  Part of me wants to fill it up but hopefully the right decision was ultimately made.

I don't know how you do that, is this witchcraft, sorcery, or whatever.

But each time one of your pieces pops up in my feed, I click and then stare at it for 5 min with maybe 3 blinks to soothe my itchy eyes. How is your art so captivating? How comes that, in a world where art is consumed by a mouseclick within 10 second, I can stay still and watch your simple lines, neat lines, let them fascinate me when, looking at an hyper-realist stuff, I just go "ok cool" and forget about it?

What kind of/whose soul do you inject into your art?

I have always felt that my stuff is lost out there.  There are so many people with fantastic technical skills that I do not possess.   I often think there is no place for my work in this day and age.  How can my simple linear drawings grab anyone's attention with all this technically superior work floating around.  What you just said is what I always hope for.  Thank you very much.

I like what you did with the colors. Is it a symbol of some sort?

Thanks!  Trying to keep things simple.  I try not to over think these drawings.  I had a bunch of little ideas and this is just how they came together.

I don't know what it is about this image, but I find it really captivating. Fantastic!

Excellent! Good choice, I've read somewhere that us westerners almost have a compulsion to fill in everything. While in other parts of the world (like Japan) it's a  normal thing to let the composition "breathe". I've been experimenting with "boundless" designs from time to time, it's good to crawl out of our cultural comfort zone.

That is exactly what I was going for.   I love the old Japanese prints and the lyrical lines they used.  "Breathe" is a good word for what I wanted.  Thanks!

You did, all that it needed done.
Nothing else could make it look this good.

Thanks!  Every time I tried adding something it just seemed to subtract from the composition.
