Description
And now for one of the less popular Mortal Kombat characters, it's Hsu Hao. He was a Red Dragon enforcer and was responsible for tracking down Kenshi after he had infiltrated and "betrayed" the clan. He and some Red Dragon mercenaries managed to find Kenshi and attempted to kill him, vowing to go after Takeda next. Before he could, though, Scorpion appeared and speared him right in his cybernetic heart. He then pulled Hao over and killed him with a hellfire-enhanced punch, causing the rest of the mercenaries to retreat. He possessed a cybernetic heart which was capable of firing powerful laser blasts. His already immense physical strength could be enhanced by charging his heart.

Being rather unpopular, Hsu Hao didn't make many major appearances after the first couple of games he was in. In fact, when people wanted him to return as a playable character in MK11, the developers responded by having him cameo in one of Erron Black's intros... as a severed head in a bag.
