Yeah, I know I didn't seem too satisfied with the sketch. Well obviously, it grew on me. I really drew from some of 's work with his character Leigh for Jade's skin. That dude has some mad skillz. This is a very nice picture. I love the claws. Usually when I see these humanoid-dragon pictures they tend to be overly-sexualized. I'm glad this isn't the case.

Amazing picture, but what really is the icing on the cake is the lighting. Placing the light beneath her, combined with the orange-is gradient almost makes it look like Jade is sitting atop of a volcano there. Awesome!

This is a spectacular coloring, perhaps one of my favorite from you so far! The lighting here really paints a moody picture. I love it!
