Good conversion to black and white. The tonality of the leaves looks nice. The edges of the frame look well composed.
The flower is colored nicely, although I think it could do for a little more color saturation (or something to make the color stronger. I'm not a color photographer...). You did this in GIMP, right? What were the steps you took to finish this?
