Lol in my head-canon, all I can think about regarding mistletoe is: (assuming Inu is clueless about the tradition)
Kags would turn around and face him, wondering how to kiss him. He's looking at her all confused and adorable-like, and she knows she's not bold enough to properly kiss him on his lips. So she suddenly points over his left shoulder and goes "Look, behind you!"
He'd turn around instinctively and go "what, what is it?! A demon?!"
She'd suddenly hold his jaw in position with her right hand and quickly smack his right cheek!
And he'd be COMPLETELY embarrassed... she'd have to explain the tradition to him quickly in a flustered manner, blaming it all on the mistletoe, and hurry on ahead of him. THEN he'd wonder if they were meant to kiss properly instead, and that would really bring the steam out of his ears...
