Description
I wanted this to look like a screenshot to a horror movie. The obviously is the Butcher is the killer who wears a pigs head for a mask. I tried to stay true to a horror scene. So i found a stairway which looks it leads to a dark basement where The Butcher keeps his "Fresh Live Stock (people)" and he is heading down to pick his next victim. I added a light source for effect and blood stains and smears from previous victims who gotten injured from trying to resist.blood brushes - [link]

wierdness but to add:
umm the "Saw" movies kind seem to link with this through the pig mask, which in a way could prob make it more creepy..
just thought id say that caz yeh i was wierdly reminded of this while watching a horror movie..it polluted my thoughts for a brief 2seconds! (literally)

thats sick! ...in a good way! what is it with the pig head on a butcher's body? there was a part in a haunted house i went to that had somethin that looked almost identical to this...the only horror movie i've seen where someone wears a pig head is saw. Is it just a popular horror image or is there a movie that its comin from? i dont wanna be missin out on anything that cool!

No the idea came from an OLD movie call Motel Hell.. very old movie...made around the 1980? i'm not sure.. but this isn't a screen from a horror movie...i just made it out that way.
