I've been thinking about this kid a lot for some reason and I really want to do things In Order so here he comes-

First! Please turn your appreciation toward ariichai for his design- I didn't contribute much only my tears of gratitude-

I want to post both pieces of art, so I'm dividing my rambling up a bit between the two-

Designation// Yellow, Irsen, Envy - The Third Sin of Envy and Yellow Aura of Will & Fire

Name Meaning// Irsen is the Russification of the Sino-Korean name Il-Seong which means; 'Sun, Day' & 'Completed, Finished, Succeeded'

On His Conception:: I honestly kind of created him without really knowing him? I just had this vague sense of 'he's literally the best help' and developed him kind of slowly even though whenever I wrote the other Sins he was always in the background just generally being supportive and amazing (to my perception). Because I feel like there's a lot to unpack with him as a character but I'm actually incapable of properly expressing it? Which is the same problem I have with Arthurius to be honest...It took me actual months to come up with what I had for Rasasvada. And I feel like I still fell short-

But Irsen is really just. A very sincerely warm person? Like he's kind of a Chaotic Dumbass but like, for the sake of Friendship. His chakra/aura is Will and Fire so initially I kind of just shoved him into the Typical Shonen Protagonist category until I actually found out what to do with him- and how.

Species Background:: The concept of a fire elemental; 'the salamander' that I embellished a bit- His race/species is the ancient dragon before it evolved to be known as a 'dragon'. It's flightless, its only element is fire, and it's more like the mythical lava-napping salamander. The scales aren't jewel-like but still nigh impenetrable and luminescent. Their blood is burning and blue. They hibernate for long periods of time and are coldblooded but counteract it with their inner fire. Somehow...And that's kinda all the main stuff I have right now? ^^"
