I. Finally have Pokemon super mystery dungeon...!(2 months after America because nintendo hates europe Β¬.Β¬)
buuuuut so far, I love it!! I love Nuzleaf dad and my annoying partner and serene village is gorgeous...
So I'm currently playing as a Fennekin (named Rua) and have oshawott as her partner~
Oh! And our team is called the Sunrisers! >w<
And I wanted to design them and the village school class so I drew this quickly today.
From the left is shelmet, pancham, oshawott, fennekin, goomy, deerling and espurr- though I think they're obvious for the most part :3

I really wish we got to spend more time with these characters, compared to the Expedition Society members I feel their characters were better fleshed out.
I mean when the disaster strikes aside from Espurr, none of them are ever bought up or seen which really saddened me and the fact they aren't recruitable again throughout the main story I found really disappointing.
Either the game is still great but this was just a personal gripe of mine.

Side note, stinks to be European, right?Β Not to be insulting.Β I mean, most Pokemon games release much later than America and/or Japan, which may get you at a higher risk to be spoiled. ^^'

Usually it's not so bad... And I did manage to avoid spoilers for the most part (though had to unsubscribe some youtube stuff DX)
But yeah... I was really annoyed this time- just glad it's been worth the wait so far! ^w^

Anyway, I think you should start with the character sheets first, and when you finish them all, draw them together.

I'm actually designing a gijinka for Klefki, even though I have no idea what genders the shopkeepers are (except Kangaskhan, obvious female). XD
But from my point of view, I'm gonna guess female, while the rest (Meowth, Lapras, Hawlucha, Kecleon, and Cofagrigus) I'll assume as males.Β Eh, just how I see it is all.
I have designs planned for all of them but it'd take so much time, finding a good enough light source and what poses and facial expressions to show.Β Guess I'll base each of 'em by their general personalities?

I was kinda curious about new startersm but I eventually went with my classics - riolu as main and charmander as the partner.

Its really great to have the good pmd vibes back- gates to infinity just didn't have it unfortunately...
I really wanted to use 2 starters I haven't before but my next playthrough will have to be with Torchic- (I get it like every time on the personality quiz- had to "choose" Fennekin XDD)

I went with riolu as a protag, just for sake of my PMD Sky playtrough and I wanted to have fennekin as parter, but after few hours of game I noticed, how strange it is to have a elegant fennekin with silly-hyperactive nature. 
What I adore the most about this game are references to older Mystery Dungeon games, that is SOOOO awesome to see, like, random sunflora NPC saying "Oh my gosh!"! *_*

I appreciate the references (omg there are so many!! I wish they did something with them though... the protags have a team name but never see any other "teams" XD)
The soundtrack is really beautiful though- I think that's my favorite part :3

NPCs sometimes claim they're from other team (like sandslash from RazorWind, lopunny from Charm etc.) but that's really all. :c
Ah yiissss, da music is leiterally a perfection I adore the most music from Sand Continent, it's so energetic and carries this... "exploration spirit". xP But the best OST for me is the one from Tree of Life, I was literally crying QwQ Plus it reminds me so much about te other game, Ori and the Blind Forest, dunno if you heard about it, but it's really good and hits you right in the feels with music, world appearance and plot TwT
